Deep Cuts

Over the years, I’ve done it all. Here are some goodies from the archives.

Donation Platform

PetSmart

My team at Anomaly came up with an extra special reason for people to shop in stores instead of online: Every time you buy pet food in a store, PetSmart donates a meal to a pet in need.

Book Design

Samsung’s Home of the Future

My team at Leo Burnett convinced Samsung to promote the technology of tomorrow using the world’s oldest mass media. Four volumes, each featuring cover art by a different illustrator and focusing on a different theme, fit snugly in a die-cut sleeve. The house shape creates one perspective when each book is in the sleeve and another when you pull it out. Equally as rewarding, the book is anything but heavy-handed: The word ‘Samsung’ only appears five times over the course of the 10,000 words that I wrote.

Brand Launch

hmbldt

✖ Time Magazine Top 25 Inventions
✖ Fast Company World Changing Idea
✖ Fast Company Top 10 Most Innovative Health Companies
✖ One Show Bronze

Meet hmbldt: A new kind of cannabis company that focuses on wellness, not highness. I was part of the creative team at Anomaly that launched the brand, including site, social, and other launch assets. Designed to look and act more like medicine than pot, hmbldt targets common ailments like Sleep, Calm, and Relief. The company’s ambitious goal is to replace pills that often do as much harm as good. AdAge, among others, covered the launch.

Sustainability Anthem

Ford’s Road to Better

I helped Wieden + Kennedy launch Ford’s sustainability platform, letting the world in on their commitment to building a more sustainable, inclusive, and equitable transportation future.

Social Platform

Team ULTRA

As a Creative Lead at AnalogFolk, I helped Michelob ULTRA inspire people to get active by overseeing Team ULTRA: a real-life ‘team’ of athletes and influencers that showed up where joy was needed most, coming to life through social content, in-person events, custom gear, UGC, and more.

Brand Launch

Nyp Gum With Rum

A gum entrepreneur noticed a fatal flaw in the world of alcohol-infused gum: There wasn’t any. Instead of sitting back to hem, haw and chew, he did something about it. Introducing Nyp gum made with rum. Not enough to be alcoholic. Just enough to make for good marketing. Here’s a selection of launch assets I created. Visit Nyp’s site for more chewy goodness.

Holiday Campaign

Drive That Keeps Giving

Seeing the same holiday ads over and over again gets annoying. So my team at Hudson Rouge came up with a novel solution: A series of ads that starts the same…but you have to keep watching to see how it’s going to end.
