Tylenol PM | My Coach Sleep
People who can't sleep need more than a pill – they need to change their habits. So instead of telling people to pop more pills, I helped Tylenol create a platform with more ways to get better sleep. My Coach Sleep offered daily tips and articles (that I wrote in full), relaxing music, and access to a 6-week behavioral therapy workshop that helped people change bad sleep habits.
People learned about the site from the product:
The site featured calming music, daily tips, and a series of articles that I wrote that covered topics from napping to sleep cycles to jet lag.
The site also offered access to the My-Coach Sleep Workshop, a 6-week online cognitive behavioral therapy program that helped people change a lifetime of bad sleep habits and understand what steps to take to feel rested.
