People who can't sleep need more than a pill. They need to change their habits.
We created a portal that offers ways to get better sleep beyond simply popping a pill. The My-Coach Sleep site offers daily tips and articles (that I wrote), relaxing music and access to a 6-week behavioral therapy workshop that helps people change bad sleep habits.
We launched with a video that explained the program.
People learn about the site from the product.
The site features calming music, daily tips, and a series of articles that I wrote about sleeplessness that cover topics from napping to sleep cycles to jet lag.
The site also offers access to the My-Coach Sleep Workshop, a 6-week online cognitive behavioral therapy program that helps people change a lifetime of bad habits and understand what they need to do to feel rested.
Tylenol realized that to build trust with consumers, that couldn't just push their product. They had to help people solve a problem. So My-Coach Sleep isn't about getting people to take more sleeping pills. It's a alternative resource for people who have trouble sleeping, providing a variety of articles, daily tips and relaxing music tracks. The articles I researched and wrote cover topics related to sleeplessness, such as napping, jet lag and sleep cycles.
It's also a gateway to the My-Coach Sleep Workshop, a 6-week online Cognitive Behavioral Therapy program that helps people change a lifetime of bad habits and behaviors. Every box of Tylenol PM drives to My-Coach Sleep, and there is a code on the package that gives users free access to the Sleep Workshop.
